Venison

Featured Replies

I have been offered 8 legs of venison for 1500 baht....is that too dear

Sounds cheap to me. Less than 200bt a leg.

Depends on what part of the leg you get, anything below the knee is just bone and grissle!

I love the way venison is generally cooked in Thailand...in a black pepper gravy. Delicious!

What are "legs?" No, the legs aren't much. One usually buys a quarter of the animal which includes the roast which is the rump or shoulder. If only the legs are cut off, there isn't much real meat left.

Have another cup of coffee guys.....it seems to me that the newbie OP is pulling our legs so early in the morning......
