dinga
Typical really, did Google find this page http://www.crossy.co.uk/Thai_House_Plans/index.html ? Does anyone have plans for the cheaply finished Thai-style rental units? (living area, bedroom, WC..) Plan No. 3 on this website isn't what I'm after (shared toilets/showers in a separate block) - and I think the Thai title refers to it being "temporary" accommodation. Crossy
Have a look on the original Thai site here http://www.dpt.go.th/download/PW/house_model/framehome.html choose the 2nd link from the left "แบบบ้าน / แบบแปลน" and have a look at designs 15-26 which are the row homes I didn't include on my site. All are 2 or more storey.
dinga
Have a look on the original Thai site here http://www.dpt.go.th/download/PW/house_model/framehome.html choose the 2nd link from the left "แบบบ้าน / แบบแปลน" and have a look at designs 15-26 which are the row homes I didn't include on my site. All are 2 or more storey. Tks Crossy - but my plans are far more modest than these mansions (90 sq wah.land, so thinking single story - 3, 4 or max 5 units). To get some ideas, we've been looking at some being built around Klaeng. Any thoughts about where I can get some more floor plans etc greaty welcomed. Tks ! Thanks for the effort you have taken to do the site! I'm going for 27 with a few additions :-) Sent from my iPhone using ThaiVisa app

I'm going for 27 with a few additions :-)I've removed a 'few' extra posts made by the app (allegedly) We built a modified 27 too, it's a lot larger than it looks on the plans, two of us rattle around a bit Have a look here http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/481794-housebuilding-thread/ we're in northern BKK (Pathum Thani), if you want to have a look at it in the flesh drop me a PM.
