Im currently in Thailand with only 9 days left on my Visa but my passport is full, i have space for maybe 2-3 more stamps and then every page is FULL

how can i get a replacement/reissue passport quickly in Thailand?

its also possible that i will go to Malaysia in a few weeks so would it be easier to apply for a new passport there?

what are the costs of a new Passport? How easy is the process? how much time does it take?

All passports are issued in UK so from Thailand application is to HK (copies of passport only) and return passport sent from UK in 2-4 week normal total time. Same procedure everywhere (but most places you also have to send original passport).

As lopburi3 has explained all passport applications need to go to the Regional Processing Centre in Hong Kong with a copy of your passport.

What sort of visa are you on?

Unfortunetly im only on a 14 day Visa, recently made at the cambodia border

If i send a Passport application to Hong Kong do i need to send my old passport or can i keep this to continue my travels?

You keep your passport but it can not be used outside of Thailand as will be canceled electronically once application is received. So it would be better to get a longer stay first or be prepared to pay overstay and take the small risk of a police check finding out.

True, but the issue is that he can get a tourist visa before sending the copy of the passport away as when the application is received the passport will be invalid. (And that information is shared with other countries).

The tourist visa would give more time to get the passport back before he has to leave the country as his permission to stay ends.
