Travel2003
Unbelievable! Full Bridge manning, including Master and the harbor pilot. 2 tugboats available as well. If full black out, just drop the anchors, and push/pull with the tugs. Result of arrogance, where master/pilot is engaged in a conversation about something else, and younger Bridge Officers handle the situation? Been in and out of that port many times. I feel for the families. Edited May 9, 2013 by Travel2003
