If one would do his 90 day check in on March 1st lets say and then he renews his Retirement Visa April 1st does he do his 90 day check in june 1st 3 months from the time he last did the 90 day check in or...... Does the renewal start the process over and he won't do the check in till July 1st ?

The original slip of the 90 days reporting(that you will receive back) indicates the date of reporting again.

Only leaving the country and returning will change that date.

Visa has not much to do with it
