I am Danish (can work in Sweden) and work for a Swedish company and looking over requirements to move to Sweden its a lot easier than Denmark but looking at the online info I get confused and would like some advice.

I have been married to a Thai for 6 years and I have adopted our two 10 year old children under Thai law.

I work full time for a Swedish company.

My compnay can offer my wife a job, it can be tailor made for her so the requirements are being able to speak and write Thai, have an understanding of Thailand and so on I am tight with the owner and he employs 200+ people in any skill position so her getting a job is not an issue.

To move to Denmark we would need 300K+ THB bank guarantee + at least a 3 bedroom place + I would need an income that is big enough to take of the whole family and then my wife might not be able to work. The kids are twins and always sleep together so a 2 bedroom place would be enough for a start while we build our new life.

So what I want to ask is it that easy?

If my Thai wife and myself both have a job with a Swedish company then we can move to Sweden work, pay our taxes put our kids in the local school and just live a normal life? Being Danish I find this hard to believe because thats not the way it works in racist Denmark.

This should be asked at Consular Division of the Swedish Embassy in Bangkok : there are the only authority in Thailand to give the right answer

You are Danish, which is an EEA state.

Sweden is also an EEA state.

Therefore you have the right to live and work in Denmark and have your Thai wife and adopted children live there with you.

The whole process should be simple, straightforward and free.

I don't know how the Swedish system works, but ask at the Swedish embassy about EEA freedom of movement rights.

This right doesn't apply if moving from outside the EEA to the country of which the EEA family member is a national; in your case Denmark. But; after you have lived and worked in Sweden, or any other EEA country other than Denmark, you can then use the same right to return to Denmark.
