Yes, they do have a "use by xxxx" date which is probably 90 days after the issuance date.

I think all they take is baht, about 1,400 of them for next-day visa. It's another baht 200 if you want to wait an hour for the visa rather than coming back the next day.

Well, there is no price for US citizens and its thb anyway so Ill just suffer it in Savanaket whete its 35us.
