Stopped Receiving Sms / Text Messages (1-2-Call)

Featured Replies

I am on 1-2-call and haven't received text messages in nearly 2 weeks. I can send messages, and can make & receive phone calls. I definitely have enough credit and a long validity period. It seems I have plenty of space in my phone memory. My friends who are sending me SMS are not getting error messages in return. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

have you tried to swap the sim to other phone and test sending and receiving some text? or you can call one2call customer care or [email protected] maybe can check something else on your number.

:D

What is the exact make/model of your phone?

What network(s) are the other people, who are sending you SMSes, using?

Can you originate an SMS?

Can you make/receive calls?

Has anything changed - location, phone software - since you last could send/receive SMSes?

Are you in one place, or moving around? Is there any indication that you might be Roaming onto TOT?

Turn off the phone, remove the SIM, remove the battery, re-insert both, re-start the phone.

Is the SMSC configured for SMS Center Number : +66 8 1 811 0888, or +66 81 831 0808?

You should be able to receive SMSes, even with zero balance?

I had a similar experience and customer care told me to turn off my phone, take out the sim card, reinsert it and turn the phone back on again. Followed the instructions and problem solved!
