Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the deal is with TT&T Maxnet on Samui. I am unable to use Bittorrent and DC++ successfully on Samui. Do they block or throttle ports? I require access to a private hub on DC++ and right now cannot use it at all. Do I have any viable alternatives on the island? Any help would be much appreciated!!
