There is a bespoke tailor in Banchang that has made trousers and a suit for me. Quality, price, and time pretty good. His shop ("Frank's") is located just off the main Sukumvit; from the main lights at the famous bar rd (The Strip) going towards Sattahip its the 2nd right after the Strip. There is the "Visa2Go" shop at the entrance to this road. Up to the top of the road on your right. It's a 'walk-in' business and I don't have a phone no for him. His English is okay, give him a go.
