Hi would like to no If anyone can help us My wife has just came back to England with me on her 2 Family visa as I don't work I am on Disability that why we got the visa with no work as I am exempt from the money but we still need to show bank statement's . we have been here 3 weeks in the Uk her visa run out in 5 Nov 13....as I don't have a lot of money to go back to Thailand can we do the settlement visa here in the Uk so she can look after me and how much does it cost can anyone help us as we have been told that we could not get family visa but we did we got married here in England on her first visa ....or can we get a extension on her family visa.. hope some can tell us as she is worried going back to Thailand with no job or any ware to stay back in Thailand

A visit visa cannot be converted into settlement in the UK.*

She will have to return to Thailand and apply there.

I'm sorry, but it doesn't matter how many times you ask, the answer will be the same; unless the rules change, which they haven't and are extremely unlikely to.
