With the complaints and critisisms of Thailands premier airport I was amused with the reports regarding Berlins new airport in todays Daily Telegraph.

It seems that it is 3 years overdue for opening,is lighted and air conditioned 24/7,with of course no passengers,running up huge power bills and...The engineers do not know how to turn of the power.

And people here say that the Thai's dont know how to run an airport !!

Berlin Airport isn't even running, so that's not the issue.

Guess who one of the main-designer was of Suvarnabuhmi Airport.

I think Swampy is great airport. Far superior to LHR.

Relaxed and never had a problem.

It has definitely gotten a lot better since they re-opened Don Muang for domestic flights. It was crazy before but I have flown international and domestic out of it 3 times in the last 2 months and it was perfectly fine each time

Anyone that does not like Suvarnabuhmi Airport should try flying thru Perth Australia airport . Now thats a mess.
