I am on a Non Imm 'O' extension for marriage and will go back in 30 days to get my approval stamp (currently am on 'Under Consideration'). What documents (apart from the application form) do they need? Do they need a photocopy of passport? If so, what page(s)?

Thanx

You need copies of passport photo page, visa, entry stamp, extension of stay and TM6 departure card.

Completed TM8 form with attached photo.

Based on your post you have already submitted all the documentation for Thai Wife extension and have received the usual 30 day under consideration extension. Therefore you will not need any more documents other than your passport to receive the final 1 year stamp. However, it is always wise to get a re-entry permit at the same time as your extension stamp. Ubonjoe has detailed the needed documents for the re-entry permit. There will be a fee for the re-entry permit: 1000 baht for single and 3800 baht for multi as I recall.
