Roughly Interpreted: .....This is the new PTP Press Freedom and Democracy,so stop complaining and whinging, it's not going to get any better,so get used to it, oh! ...and only report the good points of PTP,and only the bad points of the Democrats. i.e all Red Shirts marches/protests, are always to be reported as peaceful, and all Democrats Protests are anti Democratic,Violent, and need Tear Gas,Razor Wire, and a more than usual Armed Police Presence. and all of you who were promised to be made rich in 6 months, don't forget to thank your Chinese/Thai Boss who made it possible. And he will be back one day,to make you as Mega Rich as he is, and finally .................Welcome to your new found Poverty Stricken Press and Mass Media Freedom! who will ensure you will stay in the very same poverty stricken position as you have always been!

Well just look at the s**tstorm caused by leaking the estimated losses on the rice. It's not good when you get caught in a lie in front of the world financial community.

Perhaps this is a hint that criticism of the "big borrow" will not be tolerated.

Anybody want to guesstimate what percentage of Thais WANT a high speed rail service?

Stop questioning Government policies.

The people elected the Government -the Government want a high-speed rail link - therefore the people want a high-speed rail link

Lucky the press has Yingluck to explain how to be politically and socially responsible, like her,

Do people ask her questions or does she just read, smile and leave?

In short the press is free to say and do any thing they want as long as it is OK by her majesty and her faithful attendants.

Also please do not wear white masks. It is upsetting her if she can not see who to trump up charges on.Posted ImagePosted Image

As the Thais seem obsessed with becoming white, will an artificially acquired white face, be deemed a white mask?

one cannot limit freedom. Only brute force can limit freedom temporarily. She's wrong on that.

But we all can work on more responsibility and that applies especially to a government body that must be accounted for of what it is doing. - MORE RESPONSIBILITY PLEASE.

If it bothers her so much she can always counter it in a democratic style, for example:

To have a Q & A session on a weekly base for a few hours, - open, transparent and for everyone to see and to follow up. Tough questions asked on a board before addressing them, no censorship unless rude language is used.

Create think tank discussions for certain themes and have all confronting sides participating on a TV show. Invite experts, but no politicians. Politicians can't grasp the truth and are no experts of anything. Most of politicians are legalized liers, or puppets to a greater NWO - worldwide, especially big bro. ...

Can she do that?

I would have honestly applauded her if she would have said:

Government, Police, Army and PM's must respect press freedom and freedom of speech responsibly

But that wasn't what she was told to say.

she hints on censorship for the internet. Recent happenings, maybe false flag, also point into that direction.

When you read between the lines you can see the real purpose of her attempted scolding on freedom issues.

This could be a chance for her to show if she really is honest by answering questions truthfully.

Is it possible that the bomb warnings are a false flag to restrict peoples freedom even more? What kind of investigation have taken place? So many question. If unanswered she can't attack the people as a whole and restrict freedom even more.

Freedom without responsibility can lead to confusion and even turmoil," the prime minister said.

I'm surprised that the PM didn't choke on that statement.

... tell me when the politicians will follow their own advice. When will those in power start acting in a responsible manner given the "freedom" (in their case "empowerment") they are entrusted with.

This little girl is one spoilt, arrogant hypocritical ,ignorant despot who obviously suffers from short term memory loss and any form of social or moral conscience. In the Shiniwatra clan the apple falls close to the tree. This woman is a close to running this country as I am to walking barefoot on the moon. Pinocchio was a better liar than she is.

She should know. She is the head of the current corrupt government. And the sister of a tyrant, hell the whole family are criminals, IMHO.

I think I might have found a worse leader than Obama. But she's not worse than her brother. If he was here instead of just pulling the strings.............................

Given her governments constent attempts to control the media, eliminate free speech and muffle any criticism or protests, whilst re-writing history and telling "little white lies" it surprising the journalists didn't give her a harder time. Oh, perhaps they where behaving responsibly.

the problem is if the government are not transparent with accurate information (instead of lies) then there is only speculation left - they have nobody to blame but themselves

The truth is out there its just clouded by spin and diversions.
