June 6, 201313 yr in pattya seems to have started about a month earlyfrom my experience it usually begins in july sometimes right on the first of july toothis year normal or not? thanks
June 6, 201313 yr Statistically nothing unusual. There are two peaks in the monthly amount of rainfall: May and Oct. http://www.tmd.go.th/en/province_stat.php?StationNumber=48461 And the big rain is in Sep and Oct as in most places. I remember to have been in Pattaya in Sep 2011 during the record rainfalls/flooding. Terrible experience. Edited June 6, 201313 yr by KhunBENQ

I did not click, but from experience yes oct is the hardest hit but may, no way, that has got to be wrong??? I am talking bangkok and pattaya, it does not fit, but i could be wrong. June 7, 201313 yr All the charts show a significant increase or single spike for May. In my Isan region I would state: rainy season has started LATE this year. Just a couple of days now we have significant rain there. (currently I am on visit in Pattaya btw,).

Were finally at normal of rain fall for the first time in three years. Let it rain let it rain let it rain.
