Hey guys i have a basic savings account at BKK bank, i left the tropics for a bit and should be back in around 6 months, just curious, theres no like inactivity time limit there where they would just rob your bahtz?

No, there is no inactivity penalty on your account. It will remain valid.

I had opened an account with them many years ago as a tourist. Set idle for 4-5 years before I moved here and was still alive. Opened in Phuket and when I moved to Chiangmai, they transferred the account to here.

I think the official policy is inactivity for X months + being below a balance like 200-500 Baht, something like that. That said, I've had accounts with them I've opened for single transactions stay active for years, even without a balance in them.
