DiamondKing
Great place and great food at reasonable prices .The Lamb kebab did not taste like lamb to me though .At B129 and B149 i was not really expecting it to be real lamb . Definatly Lamb but he uses NZ Shoulder I believe and back in the UK the correct bodypart for Doner is the underbelly which has quite a lot of fat so that is the difference your probably noticing. I spoke with Rob the first time he put them on but he cant get the underbelly here so he used shoulder instead either way it was great and the closest thing you will find to the UK Doner in CM Dk Edited June 23, 2013 by DiamondKing

anto
Maybe i was disapointed because i was used to great Kebabs in London where i lived for several years .There they have Lamb Shich Kebab ,not Lamb Donar ,with solid big chunks of Lamb which leave a lingering taste in the mouth . http://georgefamily.net/food/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/DSCN0475.JPG

rebo
Needed an urgent shower after some exciting muddy downhill action, so I took the doener meat home and just had it with my favourite salad/cabbage mix and yoghurt garlic sauce in a fresh ciabatta. Priceless ...! July 20th is already marked in my calendar.
