I have everything what they ask on the conditions, but they say this conditions are for multiple Non B they not write 3 month or 1 year?

A multiple is a 1 year visa. It refers to the validity of the visa, not how long you can stay.

A multiple is valid for 1 year, during that year you can enter Thailand an unlimited number of times. Each time you can stay for up to 90 days. Leave and come back the same day for another 90 days as long as the visa is still valid.
