Contractor for several small jobs in my new condo!

Featured Replies

Hi there;

Looking for a contractor who could take care of a few small change/repair jobs in my new condo on relative short notice:

- replacing granite countertop in bathroom and fit new sink

- install water heater & new taps

- fit some drywall, paint & fix skirting board

- install exhaust fan in bathroom

- some small concrete work, extension of a couple of balcony side walls

- remove door/hinges

I am, aware smaller jobs like this carry a premium and I am happy to pay well for a good job.

I am grateful if anybody could point me to the right Thai or Foreign company.

Thank you. P.F.

I am also interested but I wonder if it is possible to find for small jobs as these ones.

For example about heaters, it is better to ask the place where you buy them to install, and everytime it is possible it will be easier to use Homeworks or Homepro service I think ?

I can only suggest asking the other residents of your condo who they used but failing that, the motorcycle taxis are always an encyclopaedia of knowledge. I use them all the time for info and they have never failed me throughout Thailand.

If you are changing the exterior appearance of your condo you may need to check with the building manager to make sure it is permitted. Many condos prohibit changes that alter the look of the building
