It wasn't just the rhetoric,it was the over the top hypocrisy in how the rules and media narrative were applied. You had tens of thousands of people marching closely in BLM rallies across the country during strict lockdowns, largely shielded from public health enforcement. At the exact same time, the media and political left were losing their minds over unmasked outdoor Trump rallies, vilifying attendees and labeling him personally responsible for spreading the disease. Other times, regular citizens attending outdoor sports events like the incident where a woman was tased and arrested at a middle school football game for not wearing a mask,were treated like criminals. When public health mandates are waived for approved political protests, weaponized against opposing campaign rallies, and strictly enforced on everyday families it shows the heinous intent of the left to control the narrative of by any means necessary.
