One of my mates in Kho Samuii nicked me "Cliff" after the character in Cheers who starts with "It is an interesting but little know fact that ..........." He then goes into a long and convoluted explanation of some bizarre "fact" which more often than not is crap anyway.

I retaliated and called him "Norm" within a short time we had nicknamed the whole show in my bar plus extras from other shows.
