It's much more likely that a bizarre statement like this is coming from mental illness and a the declining state of stability and coherence, leading towards signifocant senility. Donald Trump is a great danger to the entire world right now. He had no business joining Genocidal Israel in this ridiculous forever war. Besides, he himself cannot negotiate his way out of a paper bag to save his own life, and he uses highly unskilled negotiators like Witkoff and Kushner who lay waste everything they touch.
