September 24, 200619 yr Well the food was great, so good in fact i didnt take any pictures of the finished article, but if anyone wants to come round and do the dishes that would be great. Anyway have you never heard of steak tartar? Well this was slab of beef tartar, and yes it was all for me, i made my guests drive down to the local maccyd's for burgers Probably made them bring you back some fries (er, "chips") and hot apple pies ! But was your beef tartar as good as Buckwheat's BBQ ribs we had at the piss-up ? No chips for me mate, just roast spuds. As for my beef, well let me tell you, here in the uk it is said nobody does a roast dinner as good your mum, but everyone says that my roast dinner is better than any mums roast dinner they have eaten Its all in the roast spuds. You have to par boil them for just the right amount of time, then put just the right amount of salt on them, then shake them up to get them nice and fluffy, then you need the oil at 230c and they will take about 1 and a half hours to crisp up just right.

You put the par-boiled spuds into hot oil for 1 1/2 hour ?!?! Crisp indeed ! I'd think the only thing to come out of that would be little black hunks of inedible crud !

September 26, 200619 yr Author nah - it'll never be the klowns.. never He isn't the only klown on this topic... Ain't that the truth. Leaving...........on a jet plane............. Today in fact !! That's right, after leaving Thailand over a month ago, I depart today on the final leg of this trip. Don't start celebrating yet though. I have lay-overs in Europe (but not the UK) and in another place in the M.E., so I suspect I will still have the opportunity to log in and keep an eye on all you pretenders to the Last Word ! In the mean-time, got to run and start checking out. My plane awaits ! Hasta la Vista Baby ! I'll be back !!!

September 27, 200619 yr Author Still here wangkers ! Only right now I'm sitting in a coffee shop in the Amsterdam airport. Taking the long route to Afghanistan (again) by flying 3/4's of the way around the world to get there. Not leaving the airport though, only have a couple of hours, tired as hel_l and it's a pea soup fog out there. Last time I was here (many years ago), I saw what I wanted to see, did what I wanted to do, and right now I have no desire to repeat any of those experiences. Any ways. I just wanted to log on to remind you all that you're never going to get the Last Word !!!! (but don't let that stop you from trying !)

I just wanted to log on to remind you all that you're never going to get the Last Word !!!! (but don't let that stop you from trying !) you can`t possibly be in a coffee shop in the amsterdam airport. There are only café `s at Schiphol. But if you go downstairs, you can get a train to central staion every fifteen minutes, and be in a coffee shop within twenty five minutes of getting on the train. Walk out central station, take a right, and you`ll get to the first canal, I recommend this one, cos there`s one of the Rokerij coffee shops there.... Sweeeeeeet! (psh... I`m gonna be in europe next week!) I don't think you are stuck in Schiphol! You are realy appearing in a sex show called. "Kerryd - the bitches' bitch!" :D :D :D
