National Stadium Area, Bangkok

I haven't been here for a while but it used to have row upon row of little shops selling knock off football strips and other sporting paraphernalia, and so I popped off to see which of the latest shirts they had in stock.

Walking past the football ground and turning left opposite Tesco-Lotus, I was somewhat surprised to see almost all the top blocks either demolished or in the process of being knocked down and I presume, awaiting for some new complex, apartments or similar.

Anyone able to day where the majority of the businesses have relocated to? There were a couple of shops several streets down but nowhere as good as previously and I'd like to see if I can find the original shops again.
