TomTom55
I am looking to buy some scales that weigh to 0.01 grams, something like the link related. However, I have not looked into how much they go for in Thailand and was going to just buy them from ebay or amazon. I live in Hua Hin by the way, but can anybody give me some price ranges? Cheers in advance http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-100g-0-01g-Digital-Jewelry-Scale-Weight-Electronic-LCD-Carrying-Pouch-/190689966188?pt=UK_BOI_Medical_Lab_Equipment_Lab_Equipment_ET&hash=item2c6601f86c#rpdId
Sheryl
As this seems not computer or internet related I am moving it to the general forum. Better chance of getting an answer there.

rak sa_ngop
If you go to the Jewellery district near Charoen Krung, Silom road, Bangkok (near Holiday Inn) you can find quite a few jewellery equipment supply shops. Digital scales for weighing gemstones etc come in a large range of sizes and prices, from 200 baht (cheap Chinese) to more than 5000 baht (accurate to 0.005 carat). Not sure about Hua Hin though. VocalNeal
If you only want to measure something infrequently, put it in an envelope with any address on it and take it to the post office and ask how much it weights and what it cost to mail! Doesn't work for fine powdered substances though.
