Bought this pancake mix but the instructions are in thai. I don't need an exact translation or how to cook them. Just need to know what I need to mix in and how much (egg, milk/water ect.) Thank you so much for helping me and my sweet tooth :P

You will need to add 250ml of milk, mix well and then 1 egg. Leave to rest for about 15min before cooking. Good luck!

Little bit lost here........ have never bought a MIX of anything, as always make it myself, but what is sweet ?

Are these MIX packets sweet ?

Make mine same as my Mother 60 years ago

3 eggs, good pinch of salt, heaped table spoon of milk powder, mix, add water add flower that is it, use about 1/3 of a 1kg bag of 'All Purpose Flour'. normal leave in fridge overnight.. My Mother always used milk, and no water, but Milk Powder here is a lot cheaper and last a lot longer.

still like to eat them all these years later and the old way is best with a busting of sugar and squeeze of lemon.... taste is not the same with Limes here so buy Lemons from Makro........ or buy the packs of larger bottle from Tesco but that is sweet so no need for sugar, but still just not the same as a busting of sugar and squeeze of Fresh lemon

This isn't a mix for pancakes in the usual English sense of the word. It's a mix for making waffles*. Waffle mixes usually include sugar, baking powder, vanilla flavouring, salt.

* You can see a picture of the front of the packet at http://shoponline.tescolotus.com/th-TH/ProductDetail/ProductDetail/6016724844
