Well then I think that you (ubonjoe) should call up Amnatcharoen Immigration and share your unfailing expertise with them. I'm sure they will appreciate your concern. The only consistancy with various immigration offices is the inconsistency between them. Again, this is only for Amnat as the OP requested. There is an inconsistency but blatantly ignoring the written requirements of a police order is a different matter.

I suspect that the boss in Amnat Charoen came from Phu Sing immigration office in Sisaket that was reported as asking for medical certs also.

I was just posting the info so that people would be informed that this is not standard and correcting the info you posted about the medical certificate.

I stated three times that this information was only for the Amnat office, no where else. I don't see how I was incorrect with that information. The OP was concerned about visiting the Amnat office for his next extension. I did not claim that a medical cert was required at any other office. I was not claiming it was the standard. What do you think the OP should do? ...not bring a medical certificate and argue with them?

The ministerial regulation, as I'm sure you know is No. 14 from B.E. 2535, some 21 years ago and I guess it can still be drug up on occasion.

I was referring to the above which you posted as the requirement for the medical certificate which it is not. It is what the certificate is based upon.
