There is a Russian guy who rides around Jomtien with a Russian flag on the front of his motorbike and with a loudspeaker playing Russian military music. Not much different to what the OP is suggesting. I speak some Russian (as a result of having had the misfortune to work in Russia for an extended period some years ago). The majority of Russians I've spoken to in Thailand are supportive of Putin. I had an interesting conversation one evening last May - three twenty-something Russian guys drinking beer at Bali Hai pier. They were telling me they supported Putin and the war, they just didn't want to get involved in the fighting themselves! -

Travel History Irrelevant: Singapore enforces a zero-tolerance policy for drug use, regardless of whether the consumption occurred within or outside its borders. 4.
