Feel free to steal them and help me out:

English speaking - western standards plumber/electrician/handyman/gardener service. Hire 4 Thais, teach them western standards and enough English. Make it easy to hire you instead of going by recommendations from 'mates'.

Trash can distribution - Make trashcan in metal and work on distributing them so people won't throw garbage in the street. Maybe then will I be able to walk at night without the sight of cat sized rats.

Bicycle import - import some high end western bicycles and convince Thais to ride them around the sois instead of cluttering up everywhere with cars.

Sell Hello Kitty shopping bags - does anyone really need to come home everyday and have to expose of 10 plastic bag into another plastic bag?

Serious about these ideas as well. The brave first movers who set out to teach the Thais first world standards may get rich eventually for sticking through it.
