Malthus101
Hi Much as I like Thai street food, it's not exactly healthy. The white rice, the salt, the sugar, the fat and frying. I'm thinking I might use my time in Bangkok to get strong and healthy - if so, I will have to change my diet. What I'm going to need is good fresh vegetables (that bit should be easy) Fruit and nuts - (again, easy here) The difficult bit might be finding wild fish and grass fed meat / free-range / organic meats and good eggs. I'm sure some of you guys are into this as well - where do you shop? Thanks.
ETatBKK
'The difficult bit might be finding wild fish and grass fed meat / free-range / organic meats and good eggs.' yeah, very difficult in Bangkok, go upcountry in a village then ! yet, even not thinking about grass-fed livestock, unless raise by your own. in China, exclusive organic farms do it ( for a premium price ); this trend not arriving Thailand yet.
