The expiration date is ok - but the whole lot must have been kept on some heated retainer on a ship for months- cookies hard as rocks. Also, make sure the imported dips from Australia (forget the name) are not moldy-look at the edge of the clear plastic container. Next, when u see a sign that mentions something is on "sale" make sure the "zap gun" has listed the sale price. It has happened to me more than once where I was not getting the sale price that was listed on the shelf. When I brought it up to the assistant manager's attention, she said the sale was over. I kindly took the opportunity to remove the sign myself from the shelf.
July 5, 201312 yr The circle? Dolphin Circle, circle as in roundabout. I sometimes refer to it the same way. On occasion both myself and friends that use Best have noticed there can be a discrepancy between the " sale " price and what they actually ( attempt to) charge, same as posted by toenail.
July 5, 201312 yr Makro "normally" has dark beer Laos. I noticed that Makro doesn't stock Beer Lao anymore for some time already. Big C also has only a limited stock of Beer Lao blond, no dark, so in my opinion it is a Beer Lao related issue.

I did get a case 4-5 weeks ago, but haven't looked lately. But many retail stores here are like this. Sometimes they have the product you want, sometimes they don't.
