I need to use the Wing 41 road soon, very early in the morning, but I'm not sure at what time of day they re-open it after being closed the night before. Anybody know?

For what it's worth, my understanding is that the open period for applying is somewhere between November and February, but don't quote me on that. Based on that, I seriously doubt if you can get a pass now.

Wing 41 passes may be obtained all year-round.
