I have a treasured but battered old paperback where the front cover's detached itself. I'd very much like to get the book repaired properly. And turned into a sturdy hardback if possible.

I doubt very much there is such a shop in Pattaya. Try go to some of the 2nd hand book shops and ask.

Maybe in Bangkok?

I think the old fashioned book binding is a dying trade, which is kind of sad really.

I myself uses Kindle readers nowadays but still have a good collection of the "real thing" and I will keep them.
