Irish Consulate-Bangkok

Featured Replies

Ive just been to the Irish Consulate in Bangkok today. They told me that Dublin Passport Office is only issuing standard passports because "the machine is broken and fold be ready til September" to make large ones. I have called the department of foreign affairs in Ireland but they cannot get me a line thru to the passport office.

Can anyone shed more light on this?

thanx in advance

Thank you, most helpful.

The embassy in Kuala Lumpur handles Irish affairs for the consulate. Maybe their passport machine is broken ?. If the one in Dublin issues passports and is broken, then ask them to send it to the one in Cork.
