I had installed cable TV on 03.07. in my apartment (Viangping condo) and I would like to give you feedback about it.

I have some negative and some positive comments.
I will start with negative comments.

1. Quality of many channels is not good. I am not expecting HD quality, but at least should be better than that. With many channels picture is not clear at all.
2. Installation of the cable is terrible. Workers damaged my wall in few places making dents and paint cracks with the hammer. Now I will have to spend money for paint and workers to fix it. Also they choosed very long way for the cable, it could be done in much more easier and shorter way. Now I have white cable in the middle of my brown floor. In my room there was other, better way to install it. Unfortunately, workers did not understand me, and they did it on their way.

Now I have positive comment.
I think channel selection is quite good. I am foreigner and I enjoy channels in english language, especially with good movies. 3 or 4 channels are with hit movie after movie back to back. I think the price is good for this channel selection. Unfortunately, the picture quality of this channels is not good.

One more time I have to say, I do not expect HD high quality digital picture. I know this is analog cable TV, but I think picture is quite bad anyway.

I paid 700 baht for 3 first months. After that will be 350 baht per month. Installation was for free.

Already have sent email to WETV if picture quality can be chacked by technician and if they can re-install cable in the better way. Waiting for answer.

WETV will hit the big time once they start showing the football next month.

I have had WETV for many years and have none of the problems that you do. However, my TV is a little old fashioned now. Maybe yours has high resolution.
