Thailand's migrant labour scheme, How an Individual Thai (not company) can employ a foreigner ?

Hi,

I read an old post about Thailand's migrant labour scheme allowing a Thai person as individual to employ a foreigner (only from Laos, Cambodia or Myanmar it seems ?).

Do you know if it is still possible and what is the process + total cost ?

Can they do any job ?

They also need work permits and a simple process - but time consuming.
