I don't think the wife would welcome an alcoholic farang with the nickname 'sweaty' who is expensive, mucks you about, around the house all day, but erh thanks all the same.

Another thought. My friend has his condo redone by the folks at Euro Designs. Had a few problems during the construction, but the end result is quite nice. Not cheap, but they did a great job with the design. Might be worth checking out. They are on Suk near McDonalds, I believe.
