July 10, 201312 yr Hi Everyone, I'm a UK resident, travelling from Manchester to Bangkok on the 28th July, returning to Manchester on the 30th August (35 days in total). I'm spending 3 nights in Bangkok before flying to Cambodia for 3 nights. 28th July - MAN to BKK 31st July - BKK to Siem Reap (flight) 3rd Aug - Siem Reap to BKK (flight) 31st Aug - BKK to Man Do I need to apply for a 60 day visa as my total trip is over 30 days? or will I get a 30 day visa each time I enter Thailand? Also, will the airline in Manchester allow me to fly if they know my return flight is more than 30 days away? Thanks so much in advance! Ash
July 10, 201312 yr 3rd Aug flight back in will give you 30 days on arrival, so nothing special needed.
July 10, 201312 yr With your flight itinerary You will get a visa exempt entry of 30 days on the first entry and 30 days on your second entry from Cambodia so you don't need a visa. The only problem that you would have is with the airline refusing to let you board the flight from the UK, but you have a flight out of Thailand 3 days after you enter so there should be no problem.
July 10, 201312 yr Each time you show up at the Immigration at a Thai Airport and entering Thailand you get a 30 day Visa exempt period stamped in your Passport. So no problem. As -Wayned-mentioned, some Airline staff can ask for an onward flight in that 30 day period out of Thailand. Should that question come up, show your Ticket to Siem Reap and second time back to Manchester and also that problem is solved. Have a nice trip. Edited July 10, 201312 yr by ALFREDO
