I thought that was the whole purpose of a TOU meter, that you would have cheaper electric during the night time, regardless of what is using electric. At least that is how it is in civilized countries, where there is only 1 meter, which automatically switches to the lower tariff at a certain time. -

I’m surprised. I was thinking this is something Liz Cheney would dream up. Strange how this lawsuit was never implemented before under different Presidents. I suppose LAWFARE wasn’t an issue then under normal circumstances. They claim they’ve been trying to stop it for decades. Why no success and why do they think it will be different this time. -
