Can not help you out with where or how much but there was another thread running here looking for a nanny that was expected to do every thing.

There was an awful lot of good advice there. The first thing you have to do is make it clear what her duties are. Just because she has spare time does not mean you should expect her to find some thing else to do.

The thread was on here about three weeks ago. Well worth a read if you can find it.
