Thai youths win medals from International Olympiad in Informatics 2013

BANGKOK, 14 July 2013 (NNT) - Thai students have won 1 silver and 2 bronze medals from the International Olympiad in Informatics 2013, recently held in Australia.

Four students arrived home to receive a warm welcome by Thai people after winning 1 silver and 2 bronze medals from the International Olympiad in Informatics 2013. The competition was held in Australia with nearly 300 students from 80 countries around the world competing.

The silver medal winner representing Nakhon Pathom's Mahidol Wittayanusorn School said he was well prepared and did his best during the competition, adding that he was very happy to win a medal for Thailand and to make fame for the country.

The other 2 students winning bronze medals represented Songkhla's Saengthong Vitthaya and Nakhon Pathom's Mahidol Wittayanusorn.

This same group of students also won bronze medals from the same competition held last year in Lombardy, Italy.

Ladyboy snatches Gold Necklace from Russian companion on Pattaya Beach

PATTAYA:--A Russian Tourist who met a Ladyboy on Walking Street in South Pattaya and agreed to take him back to his Hotel for a fee of 2,000 Baht, became the victim of a necklace snatch early on Sunday Morning conducted by his companion for the night.
