Until now I am able to revive it by pressing the two rescue bottoms what is the root of the problem and where to seek help in Chiang Mai or Bkk ?

I have had similar problems with my iphone 4.

Apple support have website in regards to this problem, but I think you will need your computer too have itunes for back-up and a link to your phone.

I am not savvy with new technology but have not had any problems in following their directions and rectifying the problem.
