Recommended products: meat, fat, and veggies.

Not recommended: bread, potatoes, breading of any kind (e. g., fried chicken), rice, pasta, fruit (except berries), sugar in any form, beer (glass of wine or shot of whiskey OK maybe once a day).

Eat such a diet--which you clearly are not, at present--and you'll start losing weight. It's easy to maintain after a couple of weeks when you get over your carb addiction .

I started 3 months ago with reducing the 3-in-1 coffee by 50%.

Skipped lunch on 4 days and drink water instead.

Fridays and weekend-days I am not bothered.

Lost 7 kilo so far.

I don't take sweets, chocolates, cookies, snacks or alcohol.

Problem is that the weight-loss can be seen first in my face...........5 more kilos and I look like having a nasty sickness. blink.png

5 kg. is not a serious problem, certainly there aren't any health risks from that amount of extra weight. Anyway, there is the "I'm Too Fat" forum here with lots of specific tips and information (take all with a grain of salt but not too much salt). Personally, I would suggest trying: GARCINIA CAMBOGIA. I would also suggest NOT even trying any kind of crash diet because that would increase your chances of a YOYO effect adding the risk that someday you'd have an actually SERIOUS problem of fatness.

I don't know your age but if this is some kind of getting older creeping fatness, it's wise of you to address this before it becomes an actual health concern. It's going to much easier to address this now (or even just not get fatter) than letting time pass and clothes sizes get bigger.

Wish all I had to lose was 5kg. I lose that every time I eat black beans.tongue.png

Word to the wise.... do not buy into any of those incredible Chinese diet capsules that Thais love to take. It does kill and there is no regulation on it.

Seriously, girl. 5 kg????? blink.png

Not everyone is 20 kg too heavy.. 5 kg comes off a lot harder if you only got 5 kg to loose.

While indeed proper diet and exercise are the key, I have found drinking large amounts of green tea first thing in the morning to be very helpful. By large amounts I mean a large potful of fairly strong green tea. With of course no sugar. About an hour after that I eat a brunch with no more than 300 calories in it and then nothing more till dinner, if I get hungry in the meantime I eat an apple, or unsweetened apple juice, or a carrot.

Some people report taking garcinia cambodgia (HCA) before meals also to be helpful, readily available in Thailand.

The herbal infusions are nothing more than laxatives and do not cause any loss of fat. Forget them. Figure out a way of getting more exercise on a regular basis and improving your diet...preferrably in ways you can sustain permanently. The weight loss will be slower but long lasting.

I lose 0.5 kg fat every day when i eat 2 DNP fat-burner pills per day,

so 10 days = 5 kg fat loss.

I rather sweat 10 days, 3 times per year, than starve for lifetime,

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LISTEN TO THIS GUY! DNP CAN AND WILL KILL YOU!

You must be crazy to take DNP, it is straight up poison and will literally cook you from the inside out if you take too much. MANY people have died from taking DNP. It is cellular poison and the difference between an effective dose and a lethal one is very small.

Case reports have shown that an acute administration of 20–50 mg/kg in humans can be lethal.[7] Concerns about dangerous side-effects and rapidly developing cataracts resulted in DNP being discontinued in the United States by the end of 1938. DNP, however, continues to be used by some bodybuilders and athletes to rapidly lose body fat. Fatal overdoses are rare, but are still reported on occasion. These include cases of accidental exposure,[8] suicide,[7][9][10] and excessive intentional exposure.[9][11][12]

Well obviously it didnt kill me, as i am responding to your statement that it killed me.

I'm confident 2 pills a day wont kill me, and i rather be dead than starve in any case,

same goes for force-feeding on protein shakes for the reminder of my miserable days.

You state MANY people have died in capital letters,

yet your source snippet state it is rare and on occasion,

of which an undisclosed nr of incidences of overdose are cases of accidental, suicide, and excessive intentional exposures.

I made up my mind, i will not stand being fat, drinking liters of protein shakes indefinitely,

or starve indefinitely. I'm also getting old so no particular loss to die.

ed, agree its poison tho, i like beer and cakes too, guess i'm destructive,

but worst of it all is that i smoke, that will kill me in the end.

definitely cut down on the sugar; drink your coffee black, less 7-11 snacks, etc... If you can run, try running in the heat. shock your body. then have some eggs afterwards and go for an hour walk at night, or longer. to lose weight, I wouldn't take any tablets or junk like that. all about being active all day. wake up, breakfast, than 2 hours later work out for as long and hard as possible. home, quick meal, rest, then walk at night. repeat, repeat, repeat. stay hydrated.

pills can mess with your heart and have un-expected side-effects. that is not a lifestyle. exercise is. good luck

Workout was my lifestyle, i kept going 3 months with injuries,

now been inactive 1 month since the injuries was too severe,

i worked out 1 hour 5 days a week.

Eating DNP is coincidentally the same experience as you'd have running in the heat,

uphill in a sauna.

I have quite a decent diet, just a wee bit over twice as much as anyone else i know of,

agree egg is among the best thing you can feed on, i have 12 egg a day, preferably with caviar,

or as a thai omelet.

5 kgs is not a lot, but they may be difficult to lose depending on your total weight and body structure.

Even if the OP is at a stage where it takes long to get rid of that, I think it is a bad idea to try to achieve it through pills

and/or crash diets.

An excess weight of 5 kgs is not a health hazard for any normal adult, take your time to lose them. It is important to stop

putting on more weight and the next step is just to start eating a bit better and exercising a bit more. If it takes a year to

lose the weight you want to lose, so be it, it will probably be a permanent loss. If you do a crash diet, most likely you will

yo-yo and keep going into higher weight, as someone has already mentioned. If you take pills, secondary effects are

a danger and you may need to keep taking them forever, which is never a good thing.

Green tea throughout the day, if you like it, seems to help the metabolism.

Another point, as a not at all obese person, if you make a sincere effort to fix your problem fat area for 6 months or so with a normal diet and exercise attempt and you fail, you are probably an ideal candidate for a minor liposuction procedure. Shouldn't be the first choice but it's possibly an option later.

I'm interested in some bad-arse lippo, making it 5 times harder to come back,

and thus 5 times easier for me.

Anyone know of a good deal in pattaya or BKK ?

bad-arse lippo in the sense of complete extermination of all fat sells between me dick and chest.

Not just under the skin but the visceral as well.

You want to lose a few kilos? Simply go to any seafood restaurant in your locale and eat some raw shellfish. Guaranteed to give you a dose of food poisoning where you will shed 10 - 20 kilos in a matter of a few days. How do I know? I am just now recovering (21 days and counting) from just this scenario. I was not able to eat for 13 days and lost 25 kilos in the process. It's a great way to lose weight, although I do not recommend it. No, it was not in Thailand, but in southern Philippines after eating shellfish at a 5 star restaurant.

There is weight and then there is fat, most of what you lost was water and muscles.

Bodybuilders chose other methods than laxatives for a reason.
