Note Tanakorn Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 Method Video Panna Cotta Berry Sauce Ingredient 4 piece Soaked Jellatin 3 cups F&N Magnolia half Cream ½ cup sugar 3 tea spoons vanilla flavors Berry Sauce 1 cup Frozen Mix berry 1 cup Strawberry 1 cup water Method 1. Blended the mixed berry with water 2. Boil in pot continue stirring add ½ cup of sugar and simmer till the sauce is thick and cool down ,chilled in refrigerator. 3. Boil sugar and F&N Magnolia half Cream in double boil pot add the gelatin and vanilla flavor stir well. Move out and pour in mold and chill for 3hours. Serve with berry sauce.
