Did anyone see this program on TV5?

A Bangkok 'surgeon' doing full sex change operations in room deemed as his operation theatre...only a partial anasthetic,so the poor guy is not completly unconcious... and is visibly in pain on occaisions.

After the castration and removal, everyone in the room. the surgeon,assistants and the 'victim' all get together and sing 'Happy Birthday' to celebrate his (her) entry into the world as a woman.

Even the expression T I T does'nt apply.!!
