Yes and Tuesday the 23rd is Khao Phansa (Buddhist Lent). No alcohol is "legally" supposed to be sold either day. This is the second time the OP has asked the same question in two topics separate topics now. The answer hasn't changed. These two days are national buddhist holidays. Bars are closed. As was mentioned the first time around some resort bars might be serving. That's just nonsense. It is not illegal to drink alcohol in your own home or a friends home. The law is only about buying alcohol. And just about every mom and pop shop will sell you alcohol anytime.
