Anybody know what is going on, or more appropriately not going on, with True Internet and their TV channels? As of tonight, 23 July, there is zero.

The info from BKK customer service says something about a fire and all service is down-anybody know any more?

Is that why the true visions service has gone down, I live in Pattaya and have no service. I gave up trying to phone their service centre it said press 9 for english but carried on speaking in Thai. See what happens tomorrow.

I'm using True to post this while True Visions is playing on the TV: we've had no disruption of service.

Sorry, it's not readily apparent on the iPad app what forum one is in: just noticed you are in CM...I'm not.

I have Truevision TV and internet, and had a full service throughout the 23rd. In fact sending this via True Vision internet.

The service was returned at around 10.00 pm on 23 July, and I received an SMS text message from Customer Services to state that normal services have been resumed. TV and Internet came back on again.

I had some thoughts about TRUE , I've got true internet , I think its a pretty slow connection , in fact its not the speed they promoted , but I wonder what the true tv channels have to offer , is it similar to WE tv ? Maybe some of you can tell me , if similar or better I will cancel We tv , this also I got bored with with upcoming higher prices as well , not sure it will be a good business practice , anyway what has true to offer for channels and whats the cost for it ?
