patongphil Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 I am looking at buying a house in L&H park in Chalong and as such am seeking any info from either present residents or those that used to live there. Any info/comments, positive or negative, about the estate itself, facilities, water supply, flooding, noiseetc etc much appreciated before I make a decision.
lufc74 Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 What's your budget. Been here for about 6 yrs. good for kids, pool area is good but needs a lick of paint, and a good tidy up. Some areas flood, can't remember the street area, but obviously the low areas in the estate. Not to much noise, apart from barking dogs. Good green areas as well. Not bad for a thai housing estate, one of the better ones I'd say.
mav000 Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Flooding, deteriorating, poor "after service. Would advise you to take a look at Koolpuntville. New one is Koolpuntiville 15, better value, excellent location. First house land/house, nothing but battles over numerous problems. Good luck
chiang mai Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Flooding, deteriorating, poor "after service. Would advise you to take a look at Koolpuntville. Good luck Er, Land and House in Chalong is Phuket whereas Koolpuntville 15 is in Chiang Mai! 2
IrishIvan Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I have a couple of mates that love it there. Good central spot. The houses are a bit on the pricey side I think my mate paid 7mill
