Condo recommendations ..

Featured Replies

Dear Forum members ..

I've decided to move from my condo.

I'm looking for a studio/small apart in Chang Peuak/Nimman areas, quiet neighborhood (very important)

and with budget of 8000 baht max.

Any info about new condos?

Any info about good condos in other areas?

Thanks for your help ..

Friend of mine has a place available, will PM you.

Just 5000 though, hope you can find some use for the remaining 3K. wink.png

I doubt if you will get a new condo studio for 8,000 bahts a month. You would also have to sign a 6 mos. to a years lease. You may want to try Chiang Mai Properties they will consider your budget and location you want and do the leg work for you. Your looking at the right time of the year.

I stay in MP place in Nimmanhaeimin.

I think the 'new' reference was a question in general, not a specific requirement for the 8K Baht budget?

Anyway he can get this for 5, in the area he mentions. With everything in the picture included. (Except for my underwear, but that shouldn't be too hard to source.)

New enough inside, the building itself dates back to the Burmese occupation.
