About ten people in total. Lot's of food and 2 or 3 liters of Black Label to wash it down with.

Perfect. Only came to about 10k baht.

All the other stuff people do is for idiots if you ask me.

My dream wedding here in Thailand would be signing papers at home to marry an orphan whose parents/foster parents are dead and who has no known more distant relatives.

I did meet the relatives before getting married, but had I known what they were really like there would have been no wedding.

90 % of the problems we have had were caused by them.
